I’m back from Disney World! What a blast it was. If this trip is sounding kind of like Deja vu, you aren’t going crazy! My family and I went to Disney World last year and we loved it so much we decided to go back again this year. My family loves Disney, so it is always a must. If you haven’t been to Disney World before, you NEED to go. Located in Orlando, Florida, this place is so so magical and such an easy vacation to plan. You can plan everything online from hotel reservations, flight accommodations, pick up and drop off, dining reservations, and even your free 3 fast passes per day at the parks! Everything can be done at the Disney website. How convenient?!
We stayed at Disney’s Boardwalk Hotel. It was beautiful. It felt like we were in paradise! I loved all the special touches of Mickey Mouse around too. We visited the Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. Our favorite park was, of course, the Magic Kingdom. The firework show was simply AMAZING too. You always feel like you can go conquer the world after watching it.
Here is a quick photo gallery of my trip. I hope I give y’all a good inside look as to what Walt Disney World has to offer. If you haven’t been before or haven’t been in a while, I highly suggest it. Very VERY budget friendly and seriously so magical.
Visiting the Animal Kingdom. The new exhibit, Avatar’s Pandora, was SO cool!
Last day! We went back to the Magic Kingdom to end the trip on a high note. I loved wearing this romper because it is sooo light weight so in that hot florida weather, I wasn’t toooo miserable.
Our last night in Florida we went to Narcoossee’s restaurant. It was so yummy and had such an amazing view! This restaurant is located at the Grand Floridian hotel (the best one, in my opinion!).
Disney World was so magical! I was born in California, so my family and I would always go to Disneyland! Next time we visit California, I think it might just be on our to-do list again!
Can you believe it all started with a mouse?
If case you are traveling to Disney World in the future, you might want to pack some lightweight items. I’m all about looking cute at the park (hello, photo-opp!!) but the humidity in Florida is REAL. The high was about 90 degrees..and while us Texans might not think that this temperature is unbearable…. trust me. With that extra dose of Florida humidity, it is brutal!
I’ve rounded up some of my top picks for what to pack/wear to a theme park, specifically Disney. What do you think?
