I have been loving the classics lately. Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and the list can go on. With this obsession on Pinterest, I have been getting so inspired with the classic silhouettes, simple makeup looks, and the gorgeous glam style. This is where my hunt for the perfect white button down came into fruition. Can you tell what has been inspiring my outfits lately?

When it comes to styling, to make your classic white button down more modern, look for these key qualities:

  1. Make it oversized
  2. Better quality = more wear, long lasting, and looks effortlessly chic
  3. I love unbuttoning a few buttons up top for a more slouchy look
  4. Tuck one side into your pants or skirt for an easy look, too
  5. Don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves!

Making your button down work for you is imperative! When you find your perfect white button down, you can dress it up or down so many different ways. Whether you tuck it into a maxi skirt, your favorite cut off shorts, or even some easy to wear leggings, a white button down will be your best friend!
