Happy Wednesday!! For today’s Influencer Interview, I got to interview the amazing Stefanie Eadie from the blog According to Blaire. If you don’t know her, she is an amazing fashion and lifestyle blogger with the cutest little family. If you are wondering who Blaire is, Blaire is Stefanie’s daughter! Her blog is home to everyone looking for fashion advice for young women and moms alike!

The Interview
1. When did you start blogging? Why?
I started blogging when we moved across the country and became a stay-at-home mom. I somehow started following @shopdandy and became inspired to start posting my outfits. After I started to get a following on social media, I started my blog!
2. What has been a challenge you’ve overcome? Fro blogging or anything in life.
Moving was a big challenge. We lived near all of our family, but my husband got an amazing opportunity 9 hours away that we couldn’t pass up. It’s been amazing for us but can definitely be challenge to live without any family nearby.
3. What’s your daily routine like?
My daily routine feels so chaotic now that I have a crawling baby! I get up, get the kids ready for the day, then take Blaire and drop her off at school. It’s right next to Starbucks, so I stop there every morning to help kickstart my day. I usually come home after that and work on my blog, catch up on emails and social media. I sometimes try to queen in an at home workout in the afternoon and then run a couple errands before picking up Blaire again. Having an active baby at home definitely makes it 100x more difficult than before but it’s worth it!
4. What is something many people don’t know about you?
Before I started blogging I was in retail management for almost 5 years. I worked for a major retailer and run a multi-million dollar building!
5. What is the best piece of advice you were ever given?
Particularly for my blog and According to Blaire brand, I’ve heard this advice a ton and it’s also a piece of advice I probably give the most to new bloggers. But it’s so true that you need to be yourself! That really goes for any part of your life, people want to know the real you, not someone you’re pretending be.
6. What is a goal you have for you and your blog? Is there something you want to see more of on your own blog or in your business?
To be organized? Ha! I know my blog is successful and I’m so happy how far I’ve come in 3 years. But I am nowhere near where I want to be so I keep working hard every single day!
7. Favorites! Favorite color, season, item of clothing, designer, retailer, movie, and holiday!
I love colors in general! I’m definitely not someone that wears a lot of black. I think colors bring so much vibrancy, happiness and uniqueness to an outfit. I love to wear dresses in the summer, but in the winter its always leather leggings or skinny jeans! I don’t have a favorite movie, but I love comedies and lighthearted movies! My favorite designer is probably Steve Madden, because he is always on trend and he is really affordable even though his pieces always look expensive to me! My favorite retailer is Nordstrom, because I feel like there is something for everyone there. They have really reasonable lines as well as designers. It’s also so easy to shop for the whole family there! My favorite holiday is Christmas probably…but I hate the cold! If my birthday counted as a holiday I would probably pick that! 🙂
8. Who inspires you? Why?
Other bloggers definitely inspire me and I admire their hard work and dedication. I think it pushes me to be better. My husband also inspires me a lot! He’s always been so supportive of my business especially when friend and family still don’t understand what I do!
9. What’s your guilty pleasure?
Coffee. I have to have it every single day! Venti, black, iced coffee with 4 pumps of mocha.
10. What are 3 words that describe you?
Giving, loving, impatient…lol!
