Happy birthday to me (and my twin sister, of course!). This year has flown by and WOW how am I already 27?! Feels like just yesterday we were in Jamaica for our honeymoon. Crazy!
To celebrate turning 27, I thought it would be fun to write down 27 facts and life lessons about me!
- I am just so obsessed with Barbie. It might be a little weird but she inspires me!
- I love classic style. As much as I love trends and staying current, nothing excites me more than looking polished, classic, and timeless
- I could have Starbucks everyday. In fact…..
- I love working out. I started my workout journey in 2016 and I have loved it ever since
- Mr. Blonde and I adopted a cat this year. Her name is Ella and she is the perfect kitty!!
- Disney is my jam. I loved Disney when I was younger and right into adulthood.
- My nails are almost always a shade of pink. Sometimes tan. Sometimes red (when I’m feeling retro), but I always go back to pink. Most specifically, OPI Let’s Be Friends
- I teach dance! I do a lot of freelance that always keeps be busy.
- Barbie said it best: but NEVER dull your sparkle. Life can be hard. Things happen. BUT, always keep the energy
- I am super goal orientent. In fact, the best way to make me mad is to take away my goals or my free time.
- Rose gold is my favorite metal.
- I could have fajitas every night and be so content.
- My favorite TV shows are Gossip Girl, Sex and the City, and the Hills. I can always rewatch them and never get bored.
- I went to Baylor University in Waco, TX!
- I danced on my drill team in high school, pom squad at Baylor, and was a Dallas Mavericks Dancer!
- Pink. Always pink!
- I love online shopping. Way more than in person…
- I have a twin sister! We are best friends.
- Doing hair is one of my favorite things! I love styling it and finding new ways to make it fun.
- My favorite thing to come home to is a clean house.
- I truly embrace my inner dork. I feel like a lot of people try to hide their nerdy side….. but it is WAY more fun to just embrace who YOU are fully!
- Fashion for me is a way to build your confidence, have fun, and showcase your personality. Trends are meant to be broken!
- I designed my own Holiday Collection of sweatshirts and shirts on Etsy. I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT IT!
- Speaking of, Christmas is my favorite holiday
- Cinderella and Tiana are my favorite princesses
- I have been blogging for over 6 years. SO crazy to think about. And so crazy to see all the trends and different platforms surface
- Lastly, my go to outfit is either Lululemon everything (lol) or an easy dress.
