Pre-Spring Swimsuits YOU NEED || Spring Break Plans?

Hello, darlings! I am usually not the girl who LOVES wearing a bikini (don’t you hate those girls hahah), but lately, I’ve really been into body positivity and loving yourself where you are at! Sure, there are areas in my life and health that I want to fix and improve on, but in the mean time, I might as well flaunt it! God gave us this one body, so instead of looking in the mirror and nitpicking things we don’t like, let’s celebrate how God designed us!

I only have like 2 swim suits that I wear. They don’t even go together. The bottoms are from Target and the top is from Abercrombie YEARS, I repeat, YEEEAAARRS ago. While thinking about Spring, I thought man it is time to get a new swim suit. One that I will fill confident in. I have my eye set on a couple of these…

I also included a few ADORABLE coverups because….. if you got a cute suit you gotttta complete the outfit!!!  No one wants to wear a big baggy sorority tshirt over their swim suit with chacos. LEAVE THAT IN 2017!!!!!

Spring Break Ideas

Whether you are in high school, college, or #adulting, you are never too old for a fun spring break getaway. You can take off a whole week or just a couple days! It is always fun to mix up life and get away for a spell with friends and/or family! Don’t wait until the last minute to get your bikini (featured above) or plan your trip. When you wait until the last minute, things never quite go as desired….haha! Here are a couple fun and classy Spring Break ideas for you!

  1. Weekend Getaway! Go on a mini trip to a fun new city that is only a couple hours away. For me, a city like Austin, Downtown Dallas, or San Antonio would be super fun! You could get a hotel that has a nice pool and explore the city when you aren’t sun bathing!
  2. Road Trip: If you have more than a few days off, you should plan a road trip to a beach somewhere. There are lots of fun places that don’t require a plane!
  3. Cruise: So many of my friends went on cruises for spring break and I was always so jealous. I have never been on a cruise! They sound like so much fun. Especially if you get the all inclusive one where you don’t have to pay anything extra; you just get to enjoy all the amenities and RELAX with your pina colada! Now that sounds like spring BREAK.
  4. Read a new book: If you can’t travel anywhere, grab a new book from your local bookstore (or amazon online has a ton of great deals) and travel somewhere new in your mind. It’s always fun to relax and unwind by reading a book with an amazing story.
